Privacy Notice
1. About this notice
This notice explains how HireRubric ("HireRubric", "we", "us") handles the personal information you submit through the early-access form on hirerubric.in. For this information, HireRubric is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). You can reach us at info@hirerubric.in.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to enter in the form:
- Required: name, work email address, and professional role.
- Optional: company or agency, team size, how you currently shortlist candidates, and the main challenge in your shortlisting process.
- Record of consent: the wording you agreed to and the time you submitted the form.
- Campaign source: if you arrived through one of our links, the campaign tag in that link (for example, the post it came from).
3. How we use it, and on what basis
- To contact you about early access to HireRubric.
- To understand who is interested and to shape the product around real recruiting work.
We process this information on the basis of your consent. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.
4. Service providers
We use a limited number of providers to operate this site and receive submissions:
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website.
- FormSubmit — processes the form and forwards each submission to our mailbox.
- Zoho Mail — hosts the mailbox in which submissions are received.
These providers may process information outside India. We share information with them only to the extent needed to provide their service.
5. Retention
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after HireRubric launches, whichever is earlier.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may request access to your information, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and seek redress of a grievance. To exercise any of these, write to info@hirerubric.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
7. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site and restricted access to the mailbox that receives submissions.
8. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Campaign tags in links are used only to learn which channel a visitor came from, and are stored with your submission only if you submit the form.

10. Children
This site is intended for professionals who work in recruitment and hiring. It is not directed at children.
11. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date above and, where the change is material, notify you by email.
